VRAI created diamonds are high-quality, lab-grown diamonds produced in our zero-emission foundry. They are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, offering a sustainable and ethical choice for fine jewelry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Since many of our pieces are made-to-order, please refer to the specific lead time listed on the product page for accurate delivery estimates.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most jewelry in its original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Yes, every VRAI created diamond of 0.5ct or larger comes with a digital diamond certificate issued by our gemologists, detailing its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
Do you offer resizing for engagement rings?
We provide one complimentary resizing for our engagement rings within the first year of purchase, provided the resizing falls within the jeweler’s recommended range for that specific setting.
