At VRAI, we stand by the quality of our sustainably created diamonds and offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the request and receive your return authorization.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will provide a complimentary, fully insured shipping label via email to ensure your diamond jewelry is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place your jewelry in its original VRAI packaging, including the diamond certificate and any promotional materials, and secure it inside a shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
